Product Care
Our pieces are designed to be worn and enjoyed. With mindful care, your jewelry and accessories will maintain their beauty over time.
General care (for all pieces)
- Put jewelry on last (after perfume, lotion, hairspray)
- Remove before showering, swimming, exercising, or cleaning
- Avoid contact with chlorine, salt water, alcohol, acetone, and harsh cleaners
- Store pieces dry, away from sunlight, and separated to prevent scratching
Sterling Silver
- Clean with a sterling silver polishing cloth
- Store in a cool, dry place away from light and air to reduce tarnish
- For pieces with stones/pearls/crystals: use a polishing cloth only (liquids can damage some stones)Use silver-specific liquid cleaner only on plain silver pieces
Gold-Filled
Gold-filled is more durable than plated, but still benefits from gentle care.
- Store separately to prevent scratches
- Remove before showering/cleaning
- Polish gently with a gold-specific polishing cloth
Gold-Plated
Plated jewelry is sensitive to chemicals, moisture, and friction.
- Avoid perfume, lotion, and sweat (they can discolor or fade plating)
- Do not wear in water (shower/pool/beach); chlorine + salt water accelerate wear
- Avoid rubbing against hard surfaces to prevent scratches
Cleaning (if needed):
- Use warm water + mild, fragrance-free soap
- Pat dry with a clean cotton or microfiber cloth
- Avoid most jewelry cleaners (they can wear plating over time)
Resin
- Avoid long exposure to direct sunlight (resin can discolor over time)
- Never clean resin with alcohol or acetone (can damage the surface/finish)
- Avoid friction and impact (resin can scratch)
Cleaning (if needed):
- Warm water + mild, fragrance-free soap
- Pat dry with a clean cotton or microfiber cloth
Natural stones
- Stones vary in hardness and can chip if dropped
- Avoid harsh chemicals and ultrasonic cleaners unless you’re sure the stone is safe
- Store separately to prevent scratching
Storage
Store jewelry in a soft pouch or separate compartment to reduce scratching and tangling. Keep pieces dry and away from direct sunlight when not being worn.
