Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Locations
We currently ship only within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories).
Order Tracking

Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.However, you can contact us at Support@kismo.store and we’ll do our best to assist you.
Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. We cannot change the shipping address once the order has been processed and shipped.
